Privacy Policy
How Flow Eval Hub collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Who we are
Flow Eval Hub is operated by Adder Analytics (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what we collect when you use Flow Eval Hub at flowevals.adder.dev, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication system).
Usage information. We keep standard logs of how the product is used — pages visited, actions taken, and the approximate time they happened — to operate and improve the service.
Eval run records. The core of Flow Eval Hub is the run records your eval jobs push to us. A record holds per-trial verdicts and judge scores, timings (time to first token and wall clock), token counts, the evaluated prompt text, and excerpts of the agent’s tool calls and final text kept as evidence, together with environment, provider and model metadata. We also keep the raw payload exactly as it was posted, so a result can always be traced back to what your job actually sent.
Evaluation data, not customer data. Flow Eval Hub is built to hold the output of automated evaluations, which run against synthetic test tenants — it is not intended as a store for production or end-customer data. Whoever pushes runs decides what goes into a payload and is responsible for keeping personal data out of it.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and secure the service, to communicate with you about your account, and to understand how Flow Eval Hub is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data lives
Application data is stored in a managed Postgres database hosted by Neon. Our application runs on Vercel. The weekly digest e-mail is sent through Resend. Those three are our only sub-processors today.
The weekly digest is opt-in. If you subscribe on the settings page we store your e-mail address and the time you subscribed or unsubscribed, and once a week we send Resend your address together with the digest itself: eval pass rates with their intervals, failing trials with their case ids and clause names, latency percentiles, the alert rules that fired, and links back to this hub. Every digest carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works without signing in.
Cookies and consent
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Flow Eval Hub sets no non-essential cookies and loads no advertising or marketing scripts. Vercel Analytics records anonymous page views without cookies.
AI evaluation data
Flow Eval Hub does not call a language model and does not send your data to one. It stores and displays the results of AI evaluations that ran somewhere else: the prompts, scores and model output you see here are evidence recorded by those runs, not something this product generates.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Email support@adder.dev to request an export or deletion of your account and its data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will honor these requests as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the product.
