Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Flow Eval Hub.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Flow Eval Hub, you agree to these terms with Adder Analytics. If you are using Flow Eval Hub on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@adder.dev if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach or probe security, no interfering with other users, and no reselling the service without our permission. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

Intellectual property

Adder Analytics owns the service, including its software, design, and branding. These terms don’t grant you any rights in them except the right to use the service.

Your content

You own what you put into Flow Eval Hub: the eval run records and evidence your jobs push to us, and the work you do on top of them in the product — dispositions on a red, and edits to the catalog such as the tag-to-aspect map. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service — nothing more.

You are responsible for having the right to send what you push, and for keeping personal data out of eval payloads. Flow Eval Hub is intended for evaluation data from runs against synthetic test tenants, not for production or end-customer data.

Evaluation results

Flow Eval Hub reports on evaluations of an AI agent that run elsewhere; it does not generate results of its own. Scores, verdicts and intervals are statistical estimates drawn from a finite number of trials — they carry uncertainty, and a comparison can be genuinely inconclusive. Treat what you see here as evidence for a judgement, not as the judgement itself.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adder Analytics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The service is provided free of charge, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop using Flow Eval Hub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; where practical, we will notify you first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adder Analytics is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
